Thank you for becoming a member of Akhil Bhartiya Raigar Mahasabha. We are committed to providing a positive and valuable experience for our members. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with membership refunds.

1. Membership Fees

   • All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy.
   • The membership fee is considered payment for the services and benefits associated with the Mahasabha.

2. Refund Process

   • Members must submit a written refund request to the Trust's office within 5-10 Days of the refund-eligible event.
   • The request should include the member’s name, membership details, reason for refund, and any supporting documents.

3. Refund Approval

   • Refunds are subject to the sole discretion of the Mahasabha and verification of the claim.
   • In case of a duplicate payment, post-approval, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days, and it will be credited to the original payment method within the same timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

   • No refunds if the member voluntarily cancels their membership.
   • No refunds for services or benefits already availed during the membership period.

5. Communication of Refund Status

   The Mahasabha will notify members in writing of refund approval or denial within 5–7 business days of the request.
